To ensure a smooth admission process, please keep the following documents ready at the time of visit.
Original and one photocopy of the child's birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation.
4 recent passport-size photographs of the child and 2 each of both parents/guardians.
Aadhar Card, Electricity Bill, or registered Rent Agreement of the current residence.
Photocopies of Aadhar Cards for the child and both parents (Mandatory).
Note: All original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission. Photocopies must be self-attested by parents.
